Free tools, no account, nothing for sale. These are the few rules that come with that, in type you can read.

About these terms
These terms apply to eolietech.com and the tools on it. The site is run by Francesco Basile, an individual based in Italy, who goes by candygoogy online. By using the site you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, please don't use it.
Free, with no account
The tools are free and need no account. There is nothing to buy on the site.
Pro doesn't exist yet. Joining the waitlist is not an order, a pre-order or a payment, and it commits neither of us to anything beyond the launch email described in the privacy policy. If Pro launches, it will come with its own terms, shown to you before you pay anything.
Your files
Your files are processed on your own device and never reach us. That also means we can't recover them, so keep your originals until you're happy with the result.
You are responsible for the files you open and for what you do with the results, including having the right to use, convert and edit them.
Provided as is
The tools are provided free of charge and as they are, without any guarantee that they will be available, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.
Results can differ from what you expect: compression removes detail, a conversion can change how a file looks, and AI results such as a removed background or a transcript can be wrong. Check the result before you rely on it.
We may change, pause or remove any tool, or the whole site, at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that results from using the site or its tools, including lost or damaged files, lost data or lost profit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer.
Fair use
Please don't:
- attack, probe or try to break into the site or the servers behind it;
- send it so many requests that it slows down for everyone else;
- sign up addresses that aren't yours to the waitlist, send it automated or bulk sign-ups, or try to get around its spam check;
- use the site for anything illegal.
We may block traffic that does any of this.
The code and the name
Eolietech is open source. The code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0: you can read, run, change and share it under that licence's conditions.
The licence covers the code only. The name Eolietech, the logo, the text of the site and its visual design are not covered by it, and all rights in them are reserved. If you publish your own version of the code, give it a different name and a different look.
Third-party packages and AI models used by the tools keep their own licences, listed in the source repository.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live that can't be set aside by contract, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; changes apply from that date and don't reach back before it.
